Description

The goal of this project was to better understand and identify areas exposed to coastal flooding and high coastal water levels in four northern communities using cross-sectoral approaches.

It responded to concerns from communities and regional organizations in Nunavik where urban sprawl is increasingly important.

This issue raises questions about zoning and land use planning. This project will contribute to reasoning on adaptation solutions that specifically meet local long-term needs.
